Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying common areas, and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities like conversation, reading, or light walks.
- Remind clients to take medications at prescribed times (non-medical tasks only).
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Accompany clients to appointments or run errands as needed.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
