Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations, entry points, and contributing factors.
- Develop and implement effective, customized pest management plans for residential and commercial clients.
- Apply pesticides, baits, and traps safely and in compliance with all regulations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention measures, sanitation, and potential health risks.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and client interactions.
- Operate and maintain company equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
- Adhere strictly to all provincial and federal health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Required Skills
- Valid Pest Control Technician license in Quebec (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control operations
- Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in various environments
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
