Key Responsibilities
- Execute photography assignments for various events (corporate, social, private) and commercial projects (product, branding, real estate).
- Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand project briefs, vision, and desired deliverables.
- Strategically plan and prepare for shoots, including location scouting, equipment checks, and scheduling.
- Utilize professional-grade photography equipment, lighting, and accessories to capture high-quality images.
- Capture creatively composed and technically excellent images that meet client specifications and artistic standards.
- Perform comprehensive post-production, including editing, retouching, colour correction, and image optimization using industry-standard software.
- Deliver final images in required formats within agreed-upon deadlines.

- Efficiently manage and archive all photographic assets.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in both event and commercial photography.
- Proficiency with professional DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, a range of lenses, and studio/on-location lighting equipment.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for advanced image editing and retouching.
- Strong understanding of photography principles including composition, exposure, lighting, and colour theory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse event and commercial photography work.
- Access to reliable transportation and owned professional-grade photography gear.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related creative field.
- Experience with video capture and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a significant plus.
