Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in comprehensive, structured training programs to learn piano technology.
- Develop and refine skills in piano tuning (aural and electronic methods), regulation, and voicing under expert guidance.
- Learn to diagnose and perform repairs on piano actions, keys, pedals, and other mechanical components.
- Assist experienced technicians with instrument assessments, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of pianos, ensuring their optimal condition.
- Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and instrument specifications.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and best practices for handling delicate instruments and tools.
