As a Picker Packer, you will be an essential part of the warehouse team, responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or using scanning devices.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
- Prepare orders for shipment by labeling, wrapping, or palletizing as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after proper training.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
