Key Responsibilities

  • Assist journeyman plumbers with various plumbing tasks on residential and commercial sites.
  • Learn and apply proper safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Handle, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
  • Prepare work areas by clearing obstacles, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Cut, thread, and assemble pipes under direct supervision, adhering to project specifications.
  • Observe and learn techniques for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and systems.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and work vehicles regularly.
  • Help with trenching, digging, and backfilling as needed for pipe installation and repair.
  • Follow instructions accurately from senior plumbers and ask questions to enhance understanding.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Required Skills
