Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols within designated areas, maintaining a visible police presence.
- Engage proactively with members of the public, fostering positive relationships and addressing local concerns.
- Provide reassurance and support to victims of crime and vulnerable individuals.
- Offer crime prevention advice and guidance to residents and businesses.
- Gather intelligence and report information to police officers to support investigations.
- Deal with minor offences and anti-social behaviour, issuing fixed penalty notices where appropriate.
- Support police officers at crime scenes, public events, and other incidents.
- Assist in crowd control and traffic management when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong links with local community groups, schools, and partner agencies.
- Contribute to local problem-solving initiatives to improve community safety.
- Accurately record and submit incident reports and other administrative duties.
