Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily feeding and watering of poultry, ensuring adequate supply and quality.
- Monitor flock health, identifying and reporting any signs of illness, injury, or distress to supervisors.
- Collect and handle eggs carefully, ensuring proper storage and sanitation.
- Clean and disinfect poultry houses, equipment, and surrounding areas to maintain biosecurity standards.
- Assist with the movement of birds within the facility and during processing.
- Maintain accurate records of feed consumption, egg production, and any health treatments.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all animal welfare protocols, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Contribute to general farm maintenance and upkeep as required.
