Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting current business processes through flowcharts, diagrams, and written descriptions.
- Collect and analyze data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support senior analysts in developing and presenting recommendations for process optimization.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Continuously learn and apply new methodologies and tools in process analysis and improvement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in a business analysis, operations, or consulting role.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles or other process improvement methodologies.
