Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and established procurement procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and translate them into actionable purchase requisitions.
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in maintaining and updating supplier databases, including contact information, contract terms, and performance metrics.
- Support the negotiation of pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimal value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
- Prepare procurement reports and analyses to support decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and conducting periodic reviews to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a procurement, administrative, or supply chain support role.
