As a Production Line Helper, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, working closely with experienced team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines. Your main goal will be to support various stages of the production cycle, from preparing materials to packaging finished goods, while strictly adhering to our rigorous safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to learning. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Load and unload materials and products onto and off production lines efficiently and safely.
- Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet Nestlé's high standards.
- Monitor the production process for any irregularities and report issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Support packaging and labeling activities, ensuring accurate product presentation.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
Required Skills
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations).
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Completed primary or secondary education (equivalent to 7th or 10th grade).
