Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of the production line.
  • Package finished goods, ensuring correct labeling and preparing them for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and conduct.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling as required.

Required Skills
