Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of the production line.
- Package finished goods, ensuring correct labeling and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance and conduct.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling as required.
