Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload deliveries efficiently and accurately during night hours.
- Sort and organize merchandise according to store layout and planograms.
- Replenish shelves, displays, and stockrooms with new products.
- Ensure all products are faced, priced correctly, and readily available for customers.
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including aisles and stockroom areas.
- Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the Night Shift Supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation as required.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product placement.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
