Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and operation of packaging machinery and equipment.
- Inspect products for quality defects before and during the packaging process.
- Accurately package finished goods according to specific job orders and quality standards.
- Label, stack, and prepare packaged items for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or product quality issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading materials, and basic inventory tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for understanding instructions and accurate counting.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong, self-starting work ethic.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs (11 kg) regularly and safely.
- Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (even if informal or entry-level).
