Your primary focus will be on outbound calling, email outreach, and leveraging professional networking platforms to identify key decision-makers within target organizations. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage their time efficiently, and consistently meet and exceed appointment setting targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and engage prospects through various communication channels (email, social media) to generate interest in Career.zycto’s services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential alignment with our offerings.
  • Successfully schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team, ensuring detailed notes and clear communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends and Career.zycto’s evolving service portfolio.
  • Manage time effectively to maximize productivity within a flexible remote work schedule.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Swahili is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A quiet home office environment with reliable internet connection and appropriate communication tools (headset, webcam).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the recruitment or B2B services industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
