Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for process improvement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Conduct regular quality checks and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve non-conformances.
- Manage resource allocation, including raw materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize production flow.
- Prepare daily production reports, analyze performance data, and report findings to management.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in production scheduling and resource planning.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HSE).
