Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing areas for improvement.
- Enforce strict health and safety regulations and procedures, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and material usage for reporting.

Required Skills
