Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and help handle any issues that arise.
  • Utilise project management tools to track project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Schedule and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.
  • Ensure all project paperwork and digital files are properly organised and stored.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team in managing administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of clear and concise articulation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
