Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and track key deliverables against established schedules.
- Identify and proactively flag potential risks or delays to project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes and action items.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key decisions to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support project managers in budget tracking and resource forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations.
- Implement and refine project tracking tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and information.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
