Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all projects are executed on time and within scope.
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating complex problems to the Project Manager.
  • Act as the point of contact for project participants, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, record minutes, and distribute them to all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all project methodologies, standards, and quality objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking project expenses.
  • Evaluate project performance to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Maintain strong relationships with team members, vendors, and partners.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
