Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
  • Monitor project progress and report any deviations from the plan.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and other project-related materials.
  • Help manage project resources, ensuring availability and optimal allocation.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support project decision-making.
  • Support budget tracking and expense reporting activities.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks to Project Managers.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
