Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly and effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project management.
