Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and provide regular, transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated project team environment.
- Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned, assess project success, and recommend future improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
