EllisDon is seeking a motivated and adaptable Project Scheduling Aide to join our dynamic team in Mississauga. You will work closely with Project Managers and schedulers to maintain accurate project timelines, track progress, and ensure all scheduling documentation is up-to-date. This position requires someone who can proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts, assist in resource allocation, and facilitate smooth communication across various project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and schedulers in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Monitor project progress against established baselines, identifying variances and potential delays.
- Compile and distribute regular schedule reports, progress updates, and dashboards to project teams and stakeholders.
- Help coordinate resources (labor, equipment, materials) in alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedule changes, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Support the scheduling team in preparing for and facilitating project meetings, including setting agendas and distributing materials.
- Conduct data entry and maintain databases related to project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Communicate effectively with various team members to gather necessary information for schedule updates.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and bring them to the attention of the Project Manager.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the project scheduling function.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of project management principles and scheduling concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
