Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients facing diverse mental health challenges.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including HR, medical professionals, and other specialists, to ensure integrated client care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health and wellness programs.
  • Provide consultation and psychoeducation to colleagues and clients on psychological well-being.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.

Required Skills

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Psychologist (Approbation or equivalent in Germany).
  • Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
  • Strong ethical conduct and adherence to professional guidelines.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level minimum for German).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialization or certification in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., systemic therapy, schema therapy).
  • Experience in organizational psychology or workplace mental health.
  • Familiarity with digital mental health tools and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience in conducting workshops or training sessions on mental health topics.
  • Research experience or publications in relevant psychological fields.
