Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to clients facing diverse mental health challenges.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including HR, medical professionals, and other specialists, to ensure integrated client care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health and wellness programs.
- Provide consultation and psychoeducation to colleagues and clients on psychological well-being.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Psychologist (Approbation or equivalent in Germany).
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Strong ethical conduct and adherence to professional guidelines.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level minimum for German).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialization or certification in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., systemic therapy, schema therapy).
- Experience in organizational psychology or workplace mental health.
