Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior QA staff with routine laboratory tasks, including sample preparation and basic testing under supervision.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and organized records of all laboratory activities, data, and results.
  • Ensure all laboratory equipment is clean, calibrated, and maintained according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and manage laboratory supplies, stock, and inventory, initiating replenishment orders as necessary.
  • Perform basic quality checks, data entry, and verification for various projects and experiments.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) documentation.
  • Organize and archive laboratory documentation, samples, and raw materials efficiently and systematically.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations and project completion.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Capacity to follow instructions precisely and adhere to established protocols.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
