Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an R&D or product development role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
- Strong understanding of experimental design (DoE) and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype and test new designs effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and collaboration.
