Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients, nurturing leads and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare detailed property reports, market analyses, and client proposals.
- Collaborate with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and sales progress.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales.
