Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Process and confirm room reservations through various channels (phone, email, online).
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Provide information about the lodge facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, restaurant) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory for the front desk.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email).
