Key Responsibilities

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Assist with planning and coordinating office events and meetings.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Adhere to company security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
