Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain client appointment schedules, internal meeting room bookings, and staff calendars with precision.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Assist with basic office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and liaising with service providers.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, or escalate them to the appropriate team member.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (minimum 1 year).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
