Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, reflecting the company's brand image.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for staff and clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage client inquiries and direct them efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the coordination of office events and team activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
