Key Responsibilities

- Answer and skillfully manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
