Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one peer support and mentorship to individuals in recovery.
- Assist clients in developing and implementing personal recovery plans.
- Facilitate group discussions and peer support meetings.
- Educate clients on recovery principles, life skills, and healthy coping mechanisms.
- Connect clients with community resources, including housing, employment, and healthcare services.
- Document client progress and interactions accurately and confidentially.
- Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the recovery system.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and team meetings.
- Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
