As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our dynamic talent acquisition process, working alongside experienced recruiters and gaining hands-on experience from day one. You’ll be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying promising candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process. This role offers extensive training and mentorship, providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to excel and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and communications.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and career sites.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve recruitment strategies and skills.
  • Research industry trends and market conditions to stay informed about the talent landscape.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
  • Understanding of basic recruitment principles and practices.
