Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct in-depth phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, serving as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, articulating their strengths and fit for specific roles.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and track recruitment metrics using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends, talent acquisition technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Expertise in various sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent databases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for roles within technology, finance, or healthcare sectors.
- Certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CIR, PHR, SHRM-CP).
