Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.
- Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrable experience with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
