Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Demonstrable experience with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse industries (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing).
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., CIPD, AIRS).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-volume recruitment environment.
