Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including sending calendar invitations and follow-up reminders.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related correspondence, such as interview confirmations, rejection letters, and offer letters.
- Assist with job posting management, including publishing roles on various job boards and tracking application statuses.
- Screen incoming resumes against job requirements and present qualified candidates to recruiters.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with new hire orientation logistics.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide analytical support to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
