Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating, posting, and refreshing job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and communications.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the recruitment team and office operations.
Required Skills
