Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist senior consultants with client needs analysis, job description writing, and interview scheduling.
- Manage and update candidate information in our CRM database accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborate on strategies to achieve recruitment targets.
