Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and relevant information.
- Prepare candidate profiles and resumes for client submission.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in developing engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
- Learn and apply best practices in recruitment strategies and talent acquisition.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for process improvement.
