Your day-to-day will be dynamic, involving travel to various client sites across the Sanford area. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior refrigeration technicians with routine maintenance, installations, and repairs of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols diligently, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Help with the proper handling and storage of refrigerants, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions.
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Ensure company vehicle (if applicable) and tools are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
