Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for multiple individuals and teams.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
- Send out meeting invitations, track RSVPs, and distribute preparatory materials.
- Reschedule appointments as necessary, handling conflicts with tact and efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding schedule changes and updates.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Scheduler, or similar role.
