Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated Remote Amazon Marketplace Assistant to join our growing virtual team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing various aspects of our clients’ Amazon Seller Central accounts. Your day-to-day will involve everything from crafting compelling product listings and ensuring accurate inventory management to monitoring sales performance and implementing promotional strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure products are consistently in stock and available for purchase.
- Implement and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive traffic and sales, monitoring performance and adjusting bids/strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new product opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, advertising spend, ROI, and customer reviews.
- Assist with A+ content creation and brand storefront management to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on Amazon, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay informed on Amazon's latest policy changes, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon strategies with broader marketing and sales objectives.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience working with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including FBA/FBM logistics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
