In this pivotal remote role, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our candidate journey from initial application through to onboarding. Operating from your home base in Benoni, Gauteng, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from candidates at various touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective feedback collection strategies for various stages of the applicant journey (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and presentations detailing applicant experience insights and recommendations for the Talent Acquisition team and wider HR leadership.
- Collaborate with recruitment managers, HR business partners, and technology teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance the candidate experience.
- Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in candidate experience and talent acquisition.
- Ensure all feedback processes adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA, GDPR) and internal company policies.
- Act as an internal advocate for the candidate's perspective, providing constructive feedback and driving empathy within the hiring process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our remote recruitment tools, systems, and communication strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a role focused on customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), or candidate experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- High level of empathy and a genuine interest in people's experiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and the talent acquisition lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Familiarity with design thinking principles for process improvement.
- Project management experience.
- Certification in CX or EX related disciplines.
