Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients based on provided lead lists.
  • Identify key decision-makers and qualify leads by understanding their needs and potential fit for client services.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and activities in CRM software.
