Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to enhance their learning experience.
- Stay abreast of best practices in virtual facilitation, adult learning theories, and instructional design.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in corporate training facilitation, with significant experience in remote or virtual delivery.
