Job Description
Debswana Diamond Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote CRM Workflow Improvement Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption across various departments. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing CRM workflows to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop optimized CRM workflows, processes, and automation rules that enhance user productivity and data quality.
- Configure and customize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to implement proposed solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct remote workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
- Create detailed documentation of CRM processes, system configurations, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflow improvements, making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on CRM best practices, new features, and potential integrations.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with data governance policies and security standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert for CRM workflow optimization within the organization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Consultant or Business Analyst with a focus on workflow optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Expertise in process mapping, re-engineering, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders remotely.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Consultant).
- Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.

- Experience with integration projects between CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS).
