Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital tools, including research, selection, implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Optimize existing digital platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, project management, etc.) to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate staff on effective tool usage and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to digital tools, acting as the primary point of contact for users.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration between various tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor tool performance, analyze usage data, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and industry trends to recommend new tools or enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all managed platforms, adhering to relevant privacy regulations.
  • Document tool configurations, processes, and user guides for comprehensive knowledge management.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing a diverse range of digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, project management, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach.
  • Ability to conduct user training and create clear, concise documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
