Key Responsibilities

  • Assist instructional designers in gathering, organizing, and formatting course content for online delivery.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Upload, organize, and update course materials, videos, quizzes, and other digital assets.
  • Monitor and respond to learner inquiries and support requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on eLearning modules to ensure functionality, accessibility, and content accuracy.
  • Prepare reports on learner progress, course completion rates, and feedback.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of online training sessions and webinars.
  • Collaborate with team members on various eLearning projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation for all eLearning resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in eLearning technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.

Preferred Qualifications
